You’ll love it here! Equipped with fast WiFi, 55-inch Smart TV, cozy beds, fully functional kitchen, personal washer/dryer and can comfortably sleep 6 adults or maximum of 8.
NB: If you’ll be bringing Pets, please make sure you read our house rules.

Guest access
You’ll have the whole apartment to yourself. Living room with a 55-inch Smart TV and WiFi to watch local channels or login to your own Hulu/Netflix account.
Bedrooms with fresh and crisp linen and relaxing mattresses. Bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, set of fresh white towels and hand towels. Kitchen with all the basic cooking and dining set-up, plus a microwave, coffee maker and more.
The unit is located on the first floor and for your personal use. Please note that this is a 4-apartment complex with a parking lot that is shared with other guests.
Also, we have a supply closet in the backyard and we need to access it sometimes without asking the guest’s permission.

Covid Pre-cautions: This property offers self-check-in and due to Covid-19 concerns, we have implemented strict cleaning and sanitation measures prior to check-in. We are highly committed to your safety and well-being.

* This is a 2-story townhome and requires use of a staircase.
* Car parking in driveway (garage not available). Free street parking.
* For booking with pets. We charge a pet fee of $300/pet per stay. $100 ( non-refundable) and $200 will be returned upon check out if the place is left in good condition (Pet hair cleaned up, No damages, Pet poo cleaned, No stains, No odor). Maximum number of pets allowed is 2. This will be requested after the booking is confirmed and should be paid before the check-in.
* No undisclosed people or pets at any time without permission. Penalty is $400
* Parties, smoking or illegal substances are not allowed. Penalty is $400.
* Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property.
* Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests.
* Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply.
*If extending your stay, please notify us by 7 PM the night before your check-out date for scheduling adjustments. Notices after 7 PM incur a $30 admin fee due to our cleaner's trip fee for late schedule changes
*Late check-out, notice by 7 PM day before or $40/hour penalty if unit not vacant by checkout time
*We want to ensure the quality of our space during longer stays (28 days or more). To achieve this, we conduct bi-weekly unit inspections.
