* This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-unit apartment complex (and requires use of a staircase).
* 1 parking slot (garage not available)
* Check-in time: 4PM
* Check-out time: 11AM
* Quiet hours between 10PM-8AM.
* No undisclosed people at any time without permission. Penalty is $400

* No pets, parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400.
* We do not host guests with service animals in this property as our listing includes a shared space/amenity and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to guests with allergies and to pets of current tenants who are unable to share space with other animals.
* Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property.
* No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch, backyard and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7.
* Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests.
* Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear.
* Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply.
* We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee.
- If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow.
*Late check-out without prior notice (The notice should be received the day before check out not later than 7 pm). The penalty is $40/hour if the unit is not vacant by the checkout time.
* Most important rule:
We want to ensure the quality of our space during longer stays (28 days or more). To achieve this, we conduct bi-weekly unit inspections. Considering there's no cleaning fee, guests can decide between:

Personal Cleaning: Guests can clean the unit themselves, returning it to the original condition before each inspection.

Discounted Cleaning Service: Alternatively, guests can take advantage of our special discounted cleaning service, taking the hassle out of cleaning.
