* We charge a pet fee of $300/pet per stay. $100 ( non-refundable) and $200 will be returned upon check out if the place is left in good condition (Pet hair cleaned up, No damages, Pet poo cleaned, No stains, No odor). Maximum number of pets allowed is 2. This will be requested after the booking is confirmed and should be paid before the check-in.
* We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal.
* No parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400.
* Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property.
* No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7.
* Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests.
* Take off or no walking around the unit with dirty shoes/footwear.
* Please observe pet policies.
* We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies. Thus, garage use or parking is not available.
* Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply.
* We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee.
- If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow.
*Late check-out without prior notice (The notice should be received the day before check out not later than 7 pm). The penalty is $40/hour if the unit is not vacant by the checkout time.
