* Take off or no walking around the unit with soiled or dirty footwear.
* We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies. Thus, garage use or parking is not available.
* Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply.
* We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee.*Late check-out without prior notice (The notice should be received the day before check out not later than 7 pm). The penalty is $40/hour if the unit is not vacant by the checkout time.

Personal Cleaning: Guests can clean the unit themselves, returning it to the original condition before each inspection.
Discounted Cleaning Service: Alternatively, guests can take advantage of our special discounted cleaning service, taking the hassle out of cleaning.
