Guest access
You’ll have the whole apartment to yourself. Living room with a 55-inch Smart TV and WiFi to watch local channels or login to your own Hulu/Netflix account.
Bedrooms with fresh and crisp linen and relaxing mattresses. Bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, set of fresh white towels and hand towels. Kitchen with all the basic cooking and dining set-up, plus a microwave, coffee maker and more.
The unit is located on the first floor and for your personal use. Please note that this is a 4-apartment complex with a parking lot that is shared with other guests.
Also, we have a supply closet in the backyard and we need to access it sometimes without asking the guest’s permission.

The apartment gets tons of light and comes with modern amenities including centralized heat/AC (vital in both the summer and winter months), 50 inch HD-TV, high-speed wireless, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the basement. It has a roomy interior with an open kitchen and spacious bathroom, and comes fully furnished with loveseat, futon, coffee/dining table and chairs, desk, and queen-sized bed. Up to 4 people can sleep. Fresh linens and towels provided, as well as free advice on tourist attractions and assistance in traveling around NYC if needed! My assistant, Alice, lives just a few minutes away, and is on hand to handle all of your questions and needs.

* We charge a pet fee of $300/pet per stay. $100 ( non-refundable) and $200 will be returned upon check out if the place is left in good condition (Pet hair cleaned up, No damages, Pet poo cleaned, No stains, No odor). Maximum number of pets allowed is 2. This will be requested after the booking is confirmed and should be paid before the check-in.
* We allow a maximum of one (1) service animal. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to inform us if they are with a service animal.
* No parties, smoking or illegal substances allowed. Penalty is $400.
* Mails are not allowed to be delivered to this property.
* No cameras inside the property. We have security cameras installed outdoors, either on the front porch and/or parking area. Cameras are all facing out and are actively running 24/7.
* Damages or missing items and any additional cleaning may be charged to guests.
* Take off or no walking around the unit with dirty shoes/footwear.
* Please observe pet policies.
* We have locked doors/closet and garage used to store our supplies. Thus, garage use or parking is not available.
* We have locked doors/closet located in the backyard to store our supplies. Please note that we can access it without asking for the permission from the guest.
* Requests for early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Fees may apply.
* We do not offer complimentary cleaning. Message us to request for cleaning for a fee.
- If you would like to extend your stay, please give us notice before 7 pm tonight so we can check our calendar and reschedule the cleaning for tomorrow. Any notice after 7pm will be charged an Admin fee of $30. We charge this because our third-party cleaner will be charging us a trip fee for the late notice of the change in the cleaning schedule tomorrow.
*Late check-out without prior notice (The notice should be received the day before check out not later than 7 pm). The penalty is $40/hour if the unit is not vacant by the checkout time.
* Most important rule: We want to ensure the quality of our space during longer stays (28 days or more). To achieve this, we conduct bi-weekly unit inspections. Considering there's no cleaning fee, guests can decide between:
Personal Cleaning: Guests can clean the unit themselves, returning it to the original condition before each inspection.
Discounted Cleaning Service: Alternatively, guests can take advantage of our special discounted cleaning service, taking the hassle out of cleaning.
